Stephen Fox is an accomplished and multi-faceted Senior Executive with more than 40 years of success across financial services, technology, manufacturing, retail, transportation, hospitality, entertainment, insurance, healthcare, food & beverage, telecommunications, government, and not-for-profit. He leverages extensive experience in management consulting and executive coaching. His proven record of C-suite exit-planning, succession planning, team development, and program management makes him a valuable asset for companies going through internal restructures. His broad areas of expertise customer acquisition & retention, contract negotiations, IPO, enterprise architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, data mart architecture, data mining, value-add, strategic planning, operational excellence, change management, process improvements, performance management, business analysis, business intelligence, and business modeling.
Stephen currently serves a Founder, Director, and Business Transition Strategist with Stephen Fox Consultancy, a company he founded in 2016 and a subsidiary of his holding company, The ICCCAN Project (founded 2012). He provides management consulting and executive coaching to small and mid-size businesses.
As Senior Architect with the Teradata Corporation from 2012 to 2016 Stephen was an integral member of the Strategy Team of the Data Integration (DI) Center of Excellence. He strengthened the DI Framework for utilization by the Americas Professional Services organization, and participated in client SWAT teams focused on troubleshooting and issue resolution. Stephen developed materials and presented workshops for senior architects, industry consultants, and sales executives, and he provided mentorship and guidance to Boards of Directors and the senior management teams for a range of high profile national and international clients.
From 2010 to 2012 Stephen was positioned as Senior Managing Consultant with IBM, engaging with clients as a key member of the Financial Services Sector of the Business Optimization Analytics Division.
Stephen was tenured as Senior Technical Marketing Manager with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise from 2004 to 2010, working closely with clients to support the transition of Enterprise Data Warehouse from an Oracle to Teradata environment. He directed numerous projects as Senior Technical Architect, and served as a member of SWAT teams to identify and resolve client issues. Stephen mentored and coached internal teams on the topics of architectural best practices, managing complex client environments, and Teradata and Neoview technologies. He completed audits on data quality and meta data standards for international clients, and developed the worldwide MSM architecture for a major international company.
As Director of Delivery with Immon-meers Group from 2002 to 2004 Stephen was responsible for developing and executing the technical strategy for a significant component of a $500 million project. He was mentor and advisor to the ETL Selection Committee and Development Team of a Fortune 100 company, and participated as a member of the Business Process Change Committee.
Stephen served as Senior Product Manager with Ascential Corporation from 2000 to 2002, managing the design, development, and marketing of vertically integrated analytical applications, and delivering seminars, presentations, workshops, and training programs. He took on the role of Program Manager for a European telecommunications company with operations in France and Switzerland during a major application implementation.
From 1998 to 2000 Stephen led the Corporate Enterprise Integration and Design Department in the role of Data Warehouse Manager with a leading healthcare organization. He served as President & CEO of Gom Consulting from 1996 to 1998, and held the position of Senior Product Manager with Unisys Corporation in Singapore from 1995 to 1996. Stephen began his affiliation with the Teradata Corporation in Singapore from 1987 to 1995.
Stephen founded the Royal Family KIDS of Franklin County in 2001, an organization dedicated to creating life-changing moments for children of abuse. He served as Director until 2016 and continues in the role of general volunteer. Stephen established The Starfish Alliance, a 501(c)(3) public charity, in 2002 and served as Executive Director and Chair until 2013. He is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) as a member of Guardian Ad Litems. Over the past 40 years Stephen has provided consultancy to more than 900 companies. He is a member of the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce and AmSpirit Business Connections.
Awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Hewlett-Packard Users Group, Stephen has also received two Volunteer of the Year Awards from Franklin County Children's Services. He is the recipient of the FCCS Executive Director's Award for Voluntary Service, the FCCS Community Advocate Award, and the National Center for Adoption Law & Policy Champion Award.

Graduating from the University of Phoenix in 2001 with an MBA (with honors) in International Business, Stephen received his BS (with honors) in Mathematics in 1971. He is currently undertaking studies at the Center for Executive Coaching to gain certification in Business Coaching.
